U.S. Hunger is seeking a Salesforce Intern to support our Salesforce Administrator with daily platform management, user provisioning, data hygiene, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn Salesforce in a real-world nonprofit setting.

You will gain hands-on experience configuring pages, managing data imports/exports, and creating dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our member services and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in learning about Salesforce administration and data management.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with Google Apps and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user setup and deactivation, role assignments, and permission management.
• Help manage and resolve support tickets for Salesforce users.
• Collaborate on configuration changes such as page layouts, fields, and workflows.
• Support data imports/exports and data quality checks.
• Generate reports and dashboards to help teams leverage data.
• Assist in testing integrations with Google Suite and other systems.
• Develop self-service documentation to support ongoing user training.
