Job summary

Salesforce in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Recruiting Data Intelligence Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team. You will support early talent recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, and sourcing initiatives.

Partner with recruiters, university relations, and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and help improve recruiting processes through data, metrics, and automation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with focus on Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 Grad)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholder levels
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry or records management
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and planning of virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and campus engagement activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and outcome tracking
• Assist in crafting candidate outreach, follow-up communications, and candidate-facing content that reflects our employer brand and ensures a positive experience throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data hygiene across recruiting systems, and support collection of recruiting metrics such as application volumes, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
• Partner with university relations, programs, and hiring teams to audit existing recruiting workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and support Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to inform workforce planning
