Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Experience or coursework in Salesforce: admin or development concepts.
• Familiarity with SOQL, Apex, LWC and REST APIs.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a remote/hybrid setting.
• Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and Develop: learn Salesforce administration and development in a corporate setting.
• Support Platform Enhancements: contribute to configuration, automation, reporting and development.
• Research Emerging Technologies: explore new Salesforce capabilities and potential business use cases.
• Salesforce Development: assist with Apex, SOQL, LWC and declarative tooling.
• Testing and QA: help with testing, debugging and validation of enhancements.
• Documentation: create and maintain technical/user docs for solutions.
• Best Practices: participate in testing, automation and deployment practices.
