Job summary

Agilyti seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect with Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud expertise to lead architecture design for patient services and clinical operations, supporting onboarding, benefits verification, enrollment, therapy orchestration, adherence, and pharmacovigilance.

The role designs data models for Unified Patient Records, Care Plans and Patient Journeys, defines integration patterns (LIMS, ERP, EHR) and governance, and guides security, compliance, and performance in

Qualifications

Active Salesforce Certified Architect credential.
7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architect role.
Hands-on Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud experience.
Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Health/Life Sciences Cloud implementations (Patient Services Programs, clinical operations).
Define data models (Unified Patient Record, Care Plans, Patient Journeys) and integrations for onboarding, benefits verification, hub services, and case management.
Establish canonical data models, APIs, governance, and security for multi-org environments.
Oversee data lineage, consent enforcement, and integrations with LIMS, ERP, EHR; ensure performance optimization.
