Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect – Health Cloud for a full-time engagement with our health-tech client in Mettawa, IL (Hybrid).

Candidates should bring 10+ years in Salesforce, 4–5 years as a technical architect, and deep Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and integration experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to translate complex billing and patient service requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer science or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with 4–5 years as Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience delivering Patient Services/Patient Support solutions for Pharmaceutical clients.
• Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Flows.
• Hands-on with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, ETL tools).
• Security & Sharing: OWD, Sharing Rules, Permissions, Profiles.
• Salesforce certifications preferred: CTA or Architect path, Life Sciences Cloud/OmniStudio, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Position: Salesforce Architect – Health Cloud

Duration: Full Time / C2H

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Candidate should have 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with at least 4–5 years as a Technical/Solution Architect.
• Should have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must‑have)
• Candidate need to have proven experience delivering Patient Services / Patient Support Programs solutions for Pharmaceutical clients.
• Should have deep knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.
• Strong command of: Apex, LWC, Lightning Flows
• Hands on with Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, ETL tools)
• Should have security & Sharing (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Profiles)
• Certifications (preferred):
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect / System Architect path
• Life Sciences Cloud / OmniStudio certifications
• Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
