Job summary

Vitra Health is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce Health Cloud environment, supporting users and strengthening security, data quality, and scalable processes. You will work with business and IT leaders to translate needs into practical Salesforce solutions, manage users, releases, testing, and documentation.

This Boston-based, in-person role provides meaningful ownership and opportunities to advance healthcare technology at a growing Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access management.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce functionality and user issues.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce CRM/EHR environment, including Health Cloud.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support configuration and continuous improvement of Salesforce workflows and processes.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities; improve UX.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with users to identify root causes.
• Support data quality, security, governance, and releases.
