Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Denver, CO is seeking Salesforce Full Stack Engineers to build solutions on the Force.com platform, using LWC, Apex, SOQL and modern integration patterns. You will work with US teams and leadership stakeholders on AI-assisted development and CRE financing domain needs.

The role emphasizes delivering high‑quality code, technical docs, and rapid prototyping within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of out-of-box Salesforce functionality and best practices
Expertise in designing custom objects, fields, workflows, reports and dashboards
Experience with REST & SOAP web services and JSON/XML
Experience with GitHub and deployment tooling (Gearset)
AI-assisted development tools experience (Claude Code or Cursor)
Excel, VBA and Excel-to-Salesforce integrations a plus

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and implement them in Salesforce using up-to-date tools and technologies
Ensure that all development work aligns with Salesforce and JLL best practices
Prepare workflow documents, technical documentation and end-user guides
Work with business and product managers to prototyping and iterative development
Ensure that features meet established acceptance criteria
Participate in meetings with strong communication and presentation skills
