Job summary

JLL in Denver, CO is seeking Salesforce Full Stack Engineers to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work on latest technologies, including AI-assisted development and harness engineering, and partner with US-based teams and leadership stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP, and seamless integration with external systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Designing custom objects, fields, picklists, layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Strong collaboration and communication in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions using current LWC and AI tools.
• Adhere to Salesforce and JLL best practices.
• Create technical docs and end-user guides.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and implement them in Salesforce using up-to-date tools and technologies, current LWC frameworks and Claude Code (or similar) practices.
• Ensure that all the development work done aligns with Salesforce and JLL best practices.
• Prepare workflow documents, technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Work with business and product managers to do rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Ensure that features developed are fulfilling the established acceptance criteria.
• Active participation in meetings with strong communication and presentation skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong knowledge of out of box Salesforce functionality and best practices around Salesforce configuration and customization
• Expertise in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
• Expert engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex Classes and Triggers, SOQL, Aura, LWC Components and Javascript skills.
• Experience designing solutions to overcome Governor Limits/HEAP Limitations, etc.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of deployment patterns with Github with Gearset integrations.
• Expertise with VS Code and AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience with Excel, knowledge of VBA, Macros and Excel to Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
