Job summary
Simplus, an Infosys company, seeks a hands-on Salesforce FSC Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive a major Banking CVL transformation using FSC. You will lead a blended onshore/offshore Scrum team, architect FSC solutions, and ensure integrations with MuleSoft and external systems. Strong banking/lending domain experience is valued.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years FSC experience.
- Hands-on Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience leading Salesforce programs as Technical Lead or Architect.
- Experience migrating custom Salesforce solutions to FSC.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience working with stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for a distributed Agile Scrum team.
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects and platform teams.
- Drive migration of CVL capabilities to FSC.
- Oversee integrations between FSC, MuleSoft, APIs and enterprise systems.
- Participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning.
- Mentor developers and maintain technical standards.
