Job summary

INNOVATIVE TECH SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect for a VA onsite engagement. The role requires 10+ years of Salesforce expertise with 5+ years in architecture, plus strong FSC and banking domain experience.

You will design enterprise solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will lead technical design, oversee HLD/LLD, define data architecture, and drive governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles.
• Strong banking/financial-services domain experience with Salesforce FSC.
• Design enterprise Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
• Define Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing, integration, and governance strategies.
• Architect integrations with core banking, loan, payment, customer, and external financial systems.
• Lead technical design, architecture reviews, HLD/LLD, data models, and integration architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, AutoRABIT/Copado, Git, SFDX, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, MuleSoft teams, security, QA, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture reviews for Salesforce solutions.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) for integrations.
• Define data models, security policies, and governance for Salesforce data.
• Architect integrations with core banking, loans, payments, customers, and external systems.
• Coordinate DevOps activities using AutoRABIT/Copado, Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, MuleSoft teams, security, QA, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable banking solutions.
