Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Architect to lead architecture and design for wealth management, retail banking, lending, and onboarding. You will define scalable, secure FSC solutions aligned with business goals and drive FSC capabilities across core banking integrations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration patterns, with multi-end-to-end FSC deployments. Onsite in Washington, DC, with a comprehensive benefits package; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple end-to-end Salesforce FSC implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration pattern experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Salesforce FSC solutions for wealth management, retail banking, lending, and customer onboarding.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive implementation of FSC capabilities including Household Management, Financial Accounts, Referrals, Interaction Summaries, and Action Plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Establish integration architecture with core banking and third-party systems.
• Provide technical governance, best practices, and solution reviews.
