Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, SOQL)
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
• Leadership or mentoring of Salesforce teams
• Strong client-facing communication and delivery leadership
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security, data models

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of complex Salesforce solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Mentor Salesforce Developers and reviews
• Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Flow
• Lead code reviews and enforce Salesforce engineering standards
• Collaborate with Architects on overall solution design
• Design and support Salesforce integrations with external platforms
• Identify risks and performance concerns and address them
• Support release management, deployments, and testing
• Engage with client stakeholders to communicate solutions
• Help establish development standards across teams
• Support junior and mid-level professionals
