Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead a strategic Commercial Vehicle Lending (CVL) transformation program for a major banking client. This role will be responsible for driving the migration of existing lending capabilities into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud while leading a blended onshore/offshore Scrum team.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce FSC architecture expertise with hands‑on development skills and prior experience delivering large-scale banking or lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for a distributed Agile Scrum team.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams.
• Drive the migration of existing Commercial Vehicle Lending (CVL) capabilities to FSC.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce FSC, MuleSoft, APIs, and enterprise systems including Magellan.
• Participate in current-state and target-state architecture reviews and roadmap planning.
• Conduct code reviews and provide hands‑on development support when required.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Mentor developers and establish technical standards across the team.
• Support release planning and delivery milestones leading up to the target May 2027 launch.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and Product Owners in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Auto Finance, or Commercial Vehicle Lending domains.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Digital Assisted Shopping platforms and lending workflows.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
