First Horizon Corp. seeks a Sr. Salesforce IT Developer to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, leading architecture, data models, and programmatic delivery for Financial Services Cloud.

You will drive secure, scalable banking workflows and AI-enabled operations across multi-tenant environments. This role requires 10+ years in Salesforce within banking, strong APEX, LWC/Aura skills, and hands-on API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FSC engineering and architect banking structures, relationships, and financial accounts
• Develop design documents, system blueprints, and data models for multi-tenant environments
• Translate regulations into robust Salesforce security and data governance frameworks
• Expertly leverage APEX to build triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled actions for large data volumes
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components and modern UI
• Refactor legacy Visualforce assets and migrate to modern component models
• Develop secure real-time integrations using SOAP/REST APIs
• Implement event-driven data pipelines (Platform Events, CDC) for multi-platform synchronization
• Configure OAuth 2.0, SAML SSO, Named Credentials for secure auth
• Integrate AI tools into SDLC (Windsurf, Copilot) and deploy Einstein Platform
• Establish automated CI/CD pipelines (SFDX, GitHub Actions, Copado) with code quality checks
• Audit complex business processes and translate into lean Salesforce roadmaps
• Act as advisory voice to executives for digital transformation

The Sr. Salesforce IT Developer will serve as the chief technical engineer for our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, leading architecture and programmatic delivery for Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with a strong focus on secure, scalable, and AI-integrated banking systems. The successful candidate is a seasoned subject matter expert (SME) with deep Salesforce platform mastery and experience developing sophisticated financial workflows, regulatory compliance frameworks, and high-volume data solutions.

Core Responsibilities & Job Duties

Enterprise Architecture & System Design

• Lead FSC engineering, architecting retail and commercial banking structures, relationship groups, and financial accounts.
• Develop technical design documents, system blueprints, and data models for multi-tenant enterprise environments.
• Translate financial regulations and compliance mandates into robust Salesforce security and data governance frameworks.

Advanced Programmatic Development

• Expertly leverage APEX to build bulletproof Triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled actions for Large Data Volumes (LDV).
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and modern user interfaces.
• Refactor legacy Visualforce assets, migrate frameworks to modern component models.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient, scalable data retrieval.

Enterprise Integration & API Engineering

• Develop secure, real-time integrations between Salesforce and core banking systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Implement event-driven data pipelines (Platform Events, CDC, Pub/Sub APIs) for seamless multi-platform synchronization.
• Configure secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML SSO, Named Credentials).

AI-Driven SDLC & Innovation

• Integrate market-leading AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) into SDLC workflows.
• Design/deploy Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform, Copilot, Prompt Builder, Agentforce to automate banking operations and enhance client experience.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and AI engines for predictive analytics of complex financial data sets.

Release Management & DevOps Governance

• Establish automated CI/CD pipelines (SFDX CLI, GitHub Actions, Copado, Flosum, Jenkins).
• Enforce code quality via static analysis and unit testing (85%+ coverage).
• Lead technical reviews, mentoring, and establish enterprise dev standards.

Strategic Business Transformation

• Ability to audit highly complex enterprise business processes and translate them into a lean, optimized Salesforce roadmap.

Experience acting as the primary advisory voice to C-level executives, guiding change management, and steering digital transformation strategies.

Minimum Position Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related technical field—or foreign equivalent).

Experience

• 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, specifically in large financial institution/banking context.
• Advanced APEX design and development
• Engineering SOAP/REST API integrations
• Building complex Triggers, batch processes, Visualforce assets
• Expert SOQL query writing
• Full lifecycle experience with Lightning (LWC / Aura)

Other Requirements

• Multiple active Salesforce certifications required.
• Preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect.
• Proven AI development experience (Windsurf, Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce tools).
