Hometap is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the Sales Operations team. You will build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce processes used by Sales, Investment Support, and Investment Operations, with a focus on Flows.

You should hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification and enjoy digging into complex issues as much as building a robust, scalable solution. The role offers equity, comprehensive benefits, and a remote-friendly setup.

Formación

• 2+ years as Salesforce Administrator or related role.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with approvals, custom objects, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments (Production, sandboxes).
• Security management including OWD, FLS, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Project management skills to coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional Salesforce certifications or Superbadges are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales Ops and adjacent teams to support Salesforce initiatives.
• Gather requirements and map how they interact with each part of the investment process.
• Define project scope and keep timelines on track.
• Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Flows meeting business requirements.
• Follow Salesforce best practices in bulkification, error handling, and avoiding recursive triggers.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing Flows across multi-flow chains and integration touchpoints.
• Support RCA on internal support cases.
• Stay current on major Salesforce releases and identify useful new features.
