Job summary

Scaled Agile Inc in the United States is seeking a contract Salesforce Administrator to join a high-performing Agile engineering team responsible for our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

You will manage user access, configurations, data quality, and deployment pipelines, while delivering reports and dashboards to support business decisions. The role emphasizes proactive process optimization and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience including configuration and support of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Expertise in Salesforce reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage core Salesforce functionality to align with business requirements.
• Maintain and improve business process best practices within a Salesforce environment.
• Apply data governance for high data quality and scalable information architectures.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business processes and decision-making.
• Manage user access, monitor login and activity logs, deactivate users as needed, and audit field/profile access and permissions.
• Data cleanup and manipulation using Data Loader or third-party applications.
• Ship changes through a deployment pipeline, rather than configuring production directly.
• Provide timely support for Salesforce-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues to maintain high user satisfaction, providing first-line support through to completion.
• Use AI assistants to accelerate day-to-day admin work, such as impact analysis and investigating issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce configurations, system capabilities, and release updates, assessing their impact on business operations.
• Support onboarding activities for new and existing employees, ensuring proper Salesforce training and adoption.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of new technologies, processes, and procedures that enhance Salesforce efficiency.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Assist with special assignments and strategic initiatives as needed.
