Kompetenza, a Salesforce partner with a Center of Excellence in Portugal, seeks an AI & Experience Cloud Specialist to design and optimize self-service portals for customers.

You will implement AI-driven workflows and conversational AI, integrating third-party tools and APIs to deliver data-backed automation improvements across client projects. Remote work is available with a global team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Experience Cloud and Service Cloud work experience.
• Hands-on Einstein AI, NLP, chatbot development, and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel Routing, and case automation.
• Familiar with third-party AI, automation, and chatbot platforms outside Salesforce.
• Knowledge of API integrations, RPA, and ML-driven automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client mentorship.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure, and enhance customer self-service portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Implement self-service automation and AI-driven workflows to improve customer interactions.
• Develop and optimize AI-driven virtual agents using Einstein AI, NLP, and ML.
• Implement conversational AI chatbots integrated with Live Chat, WhatsApp, and external messaging platforms.
• Integrate self-service portals with third-party AI tools, RPA solutions, and external APIs.
• Act as AI & Experience Cloud SME guiding clients on AI and automation journeys.
• Use Salesforce Data Cloud and AI analytics to drive data-backed automation improvements.
