mindsquare is a CRM and Salesforce-focused IT consulting firm delivering digital excellence with a high-growth trajectory. The role involves designing and implementing Salesforce architectures, guiding customers through technical solutions, and collaborating with teams to drive customer progress.

The ideal candidate has extensive external consulting experience, Salesforce certifications, and a strong interest in AI-powered CRM solutions; SAP BTP/CI or MuleSoft experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background with client-facing roles.
• Must hold Salesforce certifications as listed.
• PM certification such as Prince2 Foundation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (prefer SAP BTP/CI).
• Interest in AI solutions for CRM.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical Salesforce solutions to drive customer progress.
• Build bridges between Salesforce and adjacent systems, managing data structures and continuous development.
• Design technical architectures for complex Salesforce projects and implement them with the team.
• Advise customers on technical solutions and explain complex concepts to management levels.
• Take responsibility for technical decisions regarding Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, modern Salesforce technologies, and AI solutions.
• Proactively contribute new ideas to drive business growth.
