Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a hands-on Salesforce development leader to build high-performing teams and deliver business-critical solutions. In this direct hire role, you'll lead Agile Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to translate priorities into results.

This role is hybrid, onsite in Alpharetta, GA 1-2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce or software development teams.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers in an Agile environment.
• Drive sprint planning, delivery execution, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Salesforce best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver scalable solutions.
• Track team performance, KPIs, budgets, and project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
