Northteq is seeking an Engineering Manager to balance hands-on Salesforce development with team leadership on the Aurora-based product. You will split time between coding and guiding the engineering team to predictable, high-quality delivery.

This role emphasizes speed, quality, and ARR impact. You will manage a 4-person development team, drive sprint planning and cadence, and own engineering quality end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a software engineering team.
• Hands-on Salesforce development background.
• Strong track record delivering with metric-driven delivery.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery and quality.
• Experience with AI tooling in development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality code in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Lead sprint planning and delivery cadence.
• Manage a team of 4 product developers.
• Own engineering quality, testing, and release criteria.
• Drive secure coding and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tooling across the engineering workflow.
• Collaborate with Head of Product on strategy and roadmap.
