Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce developer with experience designing Apex, LWC, Visualforce and complex Flows.
- Proven ability to implement customer requirements and customize Salesforce-based solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and daily use of AI coding tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows).
- Configure and implement customer requirements in the DOT Compliance system; provide tech support for ongoing projects.
- Deploy configurations, perform performance testing, and validate deployments across customer orgs.
- Build Python-based scripts and tools for onboarding, automation, and data processing.
- Design and build AI-powered agents and internal tools to streamline delivery.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams to land new platform features.
