Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Salesforce Enablement Lead to drive user readiness, adoption, and ongoing engagement across Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce platforms. The role coordinates two orgs, delivering training, office hours, and scalable enablement resources while partnering with cross-functional teams on ongoing Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding for new agencies, creating training strategies, and maintaining communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years' experience in a similar Salesforce role.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and ability to navigate, demonstrate, and explain functionality to users.
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience creating user communications, training materials, presentations, job aids, and other enablement content.
• Foundational experience in marketing, communications, change management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across different units.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and coordinating activities across teams.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt as priorities evolve.
• Flexibility to travel periodically for onboarding, training, or other business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day Salesforce enablement activities across the Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce organizations.
• Develop and deliver role-based Salesforce training for new and existing users through live sessions, virtual training, office hours, and targeted learning opportunities.
• Host recurring Salesforce office hours to provide accessible support, reinforce best practices, and address common questions.
• Provide frontline guidance for common Salesforce user issues and determine when questions require escalation.
• Identify recurring user challenges and translate them into training, documentation, communications, or process improvements.
• Partner with Salesforce Platform Leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to reflect current processes and standards.
• Lead the enablement workstream for new agency onboarding across applicable business units.
• Create and manage onboarding project plans covering readiness, communications, training, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with Salesforce, operations, implementation teams, agency leadership, and others to prep users for launch.
• Develop training strategies tailored to incoming agency needs and Salesforce experience.
• Facilitate training before and during onboarding and provide structured post-launch support.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and status; communicate with stakeholders.
