Job summary

Front Rank Partners is seeking a Salesforce Training & Enablement Specialist to deliver role-based training through live sessions, virtual formats, and office hours. You will lead onboarding enablement workstreams and create onboarding plans covering readiness, communications and training.

The role also involves developing user communications for releases, producing end-user docs, and driving adoption through feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in a similar Salesforce role.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience developing instructor-led and virtual training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
