DRUM Upskill, a partner of a leading insurance organization, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance agent-facing tools and integrations across CRM and marketing platforms.

You will build dashboards, support and extend applications, and implement REST API integrations while collaborating with product owners, QA, offshore teams, and business stakeholders. This role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce development and front-end UI work for the agent workforce.

Formación

• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Experience with REST API integrations and external system data exchange.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with vendors.
• Willingness to learn new technologies; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email automation a plus.

We are partnered with a leading insurance organization seeking a Salesforce Developer to support and enhance the technology used by its insurance agents. This role focuses on hands-on Salesforce development, agent-facing components, and integrations across CRM and marketing tools.

What You’ll Do

• Develop dashboards and visual components that turn Salesforce data into useful statistics and insights for agents
• Support existing applications, resolve defects, and deliver incremental improvements to the Salesforce environment
• Build and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools using REST APIs, including data mapping and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, QA, offshore developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Contribute to agent marketing workflows and potentially support personalized email campaigns and automation as initiatives expand

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on front-end/UI work
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce data structures, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
• Experience developing or supporting REST API integrations and troubleshooting data exchange with external systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including working with vendors and explaining technical topics to business partners
• Comfort supporting existing applications and learning new technologies; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email automation, and insurance or financial services experience are pluses
