Drees Homes, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist in Fort Mitchell, KY to drive demand-gen digital campaigns. You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Personalization to nurture leads and support sales teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include building automated workflows, personalizing customer journeys, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with design/IT partners to optimize emails, landing pages, and assets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, automation, and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Personalization.
• Experience developing responsive emails and landing pages.
• Ability to develop and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong project management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital automation strategies for Drees Homes.
• Develop targeted, personalized campaigns via Salesforce platforms for Realtors, prospects, and homebuyers.
• Develop and manage email and SMS nurture campaigns to support sales teams.
• Build automated workflows based on customer interests and engagement levels.
• Utilize third-party data to enhance targeting and performance.
• Coordinate with IT/marketing to personalize DreesHomes.com using Salesforce Personalization.
• Lead email creative development with designers and vendors.
• Analyze campaigns and report insights to optimize performance.
• Ensure proper email rendering, approvals, and templates across campaigns.
