Job summary

Drees Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Department in Fort Mitchell, KY. This role focuses on creating and executing demand-generating digital automation campaigns to grow the online sales funnel.

You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Personalization to build targeted email/SMS nurture programs, collaborate with IT and design teams, and optimize assets across the buyer journey, delivering measurable engagement and

Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, automation, and customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Personalization.
Understanding of email and SMS marketing strategies and best practices.
Ability to develop and optimize responsive emails, landing pages, and digital assets.
Experience with segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

Execute digital automation strategies for Drees Homes.
Develop targeted, personalized campaigns via Salesforce platforms for Realtors, prospects, and homebuyers.
Develop and manage email and SMS nurture campaigns to support sales teams.
Build automated marketing workflows based on customer interests and engagement levels.
Utilize third-party data to enhance targeting.
Collaborate with IT and marketing to implement personalization on DreesHomes.com.
Develop personalized campaigns based on saved favorites on DreesHomes.com.
Use data insights to optimize assets, run tests, and drive engagement.
Lead email creative development with designers, internal teams, and vendors.
Create and optimize templates, landing pages, and other digital assets across the buyer journey.
Establish email approval processes and reporting practices.
Oversee My Marketing Templates with design and IT partners.
Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies for marketing success.
Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and privacy best practices.
