Drees Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive targeted campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement. You will craft personalized, multi-channel messages for Realtors, prospects, and homebuyers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Personalization.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and digital privacy practices.
• Ability to develop and optimize email templates, landing pages, and assets.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital automation strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Develop targeted, personalized campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement for Realtors, prospects, and homebuyers.
• Create and manage email and SMS nurture campaigns to support sales teams and drive conversions.
• Build automated workflows using segmentation and personalization based on user interests.
• Utilize third-party data to enhance targeting and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing to implement personalization on DreesHomes.com.
• Lead email creative development with designers and vendors to ensure high-quality assets.
• Develop and optimize email templates, landing pages, and buyer journey assets.
• Establish email approval processes and seed lists, scheduling, and rendering checks.
• Oversee My Marketing Templates in coordination with design and IT teams.
• Analyze campaign data to measure performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
