We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands‑on development, solution architecture, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and AI‑driven Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture and development across Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and oversee full SDLC delivery
- Design and implement AI‑powered workflows, automation, and Agentforce solutions
- Architect integrations, APIs, event‑driven solutions, and secure data models
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices
- Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical mentorship to development teams
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce development leadership experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and enterprise solution design
- Knowledge of integrations, data modeling, security, and compliance best practices
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
- Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments
