A staffing agency is seeking a Salesforce Developer Lead/Architect to guide the migration to Salesforce as a lead-to-cash solution. In this remote contract position, you will oversee a small development team, ensuring effective integration and usage of the Salesforce platform. Ideal candidates will have expert-level skills in SFDC administration and development, alongside leadership abilities.

Salesforce Developer Lead/Architect: Contract Remote

Guide the organization through a successful migration from our current systems to using Salesforce as our base lead‑to‑cash solution; collaborating with staff and a Salesforce partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for all technical matters on a small Salesforce dev team (1-2 other devs).
• Lead development, building, extending and integrating the Salesforce platform to meet business needs (at least 50% of time spent on development).
• Collaborate with the enterprise architect to design solutions.
• Mentor and upskill team members on the new Salesforce platform.
• Act as a key technical resource and leader with broad expertise.

Experience

• Expert level skills with all types of SFDC administration, development, migration, configuration, and custom app design and development.
• Experience leading implementation and ongoing development of SFDC environments.
• Expert level understanding of SFDC architecture, processes, products, app ecosystem, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud and CPQ.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Pardot, Billing, Mulesoft, Tableau, Slack, and their ecosystems.
