Seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands‑on development, solution architecture, technical leadership, and AI-driven innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and development across Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation, and Agentforce capabilities
- Architect integrations, APIs, event-driven solutions, and enterprise data models
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices
- Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure platform stability and performance
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams
- 7+ years of Salesforce development leadership experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of integrations, data modeling, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment strategies
