Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Salesforce-focused software engineer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions across multiple client projects. You will participate in architecture discussions, guide technical delivery, and mentor developers while aligning with client objectives.

Ideal candidates have deep Salesforce experience (2+ years on Customer 360), strong Apex knowledge, and a solid background in full software lifecycle practices within a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant technical development experience.
• Extensive Apex VF Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLC.
• Experience with VB, COM, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages, frameworks, and patterns
• Manage technical scope and client expectations
• Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a salesforce.com implementation
• Provide hands‑on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership
