Job summary

CapTech is a technology consulting firm in Columbus, OH, seeking a Salesforce/Software Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns to design and deliver scalable solutions for clients across industries.

You will collaborate on team-based projects through the full SDLC using Agile, lead design sessions, and mentor developers while driving data migrations and custom development on Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• Design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications.
• 2+ years Salesforce/Customer 360 experience.
• 4+ years of relevant technical development experience.
• Apex, VF Controllers development experience.
• Background in large internet/client-server systems or full software lifecycle.
• Knowledge of OO programming, DB design, and the SDLC.
• Experience with VB/COM/COM+, MSMQ, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of integrations and 3rd party ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging Agile methodologies.
• Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide hands-on expert-level assistance to developers and demonstrate technical thought leadership.
