Job summary

CompQsoft is seeking a Salesforce Developer – Mid to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Herndon, VA. You will design, develop and deploy Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise clients, work with delivery managers and solution architects, and ensure security and compliance across environments.

The role requires strong Agile experience, hands-on Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and experience deploying to sandboxes and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required experience
• 3+ years Agile SDLC experience
• 2+ years enterprise Salesforce project experience
• Fluency in performing Git merges for Salesforce repos and resolving conflicts
• Experience deploying repositories to sandboxes and test environments
• Experience writing Visualforce, Apex, SOQL and SOSL
• Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Platform IDE
• Experience building custom apps using declarative capabilities on Salesforce Platform
• Active Secret (or higher) clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Perform app development, prototyping, testing and demonstrations to users
• Merge code, resolve conflicts, and deploy repositories to sandboxes and test environments
• Build and customize applications using declarative features (flows, App Builder)
• Design solutions and roadmaps for service modernizations on Salesforce Platform
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and customers to architect Salesforce solutions
• Design and develop business functionalities on the Salesforce platform
• Map capabilities against requirements using Salesforce cloud, AppExchange tools
• Document and govern Salesforce solutions across lifecycles
• Address security/compliance requirements for sandbox and development environments
• Develop interfaces and integrations from Salesforce to external systems
• Ensure testing, performance and security meet defined business expectations
