Job summary

Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is hiring a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce environment. You will improve data capabilities, user experience, and integrations to support flagship programs and scalable impact across EA initiatives.

As part of the Salesforce Team, you will collaborate with Events, Online, Groups, and Community Health teams to translate requirements into reliable systems, while maintaining security and performance best practices.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Proficient in Apex and SOQL.
• Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Salesforce solutions tailored to user needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/3rd party systems.
• Manage and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and forms.
• Test all functionality before launch and resolve post-launch issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug custom code, automations, and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement.
