Job summary

ECIC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment, ensuring data quality, reporting, and workflows align with program needs.

You will work across teams, provide training and user support, and coordinate with external Salesforce partners to implement solutions that improve efficiency and program outcomes. This role requires hands-on administration and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting state systems, early childhood education programs, or similar public-sector environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environment, including configuration, user access, automation, security, reporting, and data quality.
• Collaborate across ECIC on Salesforce-related projects and initiatives, including data collection, reporting, workflow development, process improvement, and other organizational needs.
• Serve as ECIC's Salesforce subject matter expert and skilled facilitator, providing guidance, training, technical support, and coordination with internal teams and external Salesforce partners.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data collection tools, and workflows that support operational needs, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
• Participate in cross-team projects involving Salesforce, data collection, reporting, workflow development, system enhancements, and process improvement.
