Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our flagship programs, events, and community initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Salesforce Engineer and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable systems that drive growth and impact.

The role emphasizes data integrity, security, and delivering user-friendly experiences across our CRM. Remote work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Proficient in Apex and SOQL.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, security, and governance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building Salesforce solutions tailored to user needs and data collection requirements.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Managing and enhancing Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites with screen flows and custom code.
• Thoroughly testing functionality before launch and addressing post-launch issues.
• Troubleshooting and debugging custom code, automations, and integrations while following best practices.
