Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Salesforce Developer and System Development Engineer II for the AWS Field Experience team. You will design Salesforce-based systems powering contracting, approvals, and deal management at scale.

You will write Apex/LWC, build integrations, and shape LLM-powered automation across deal desk, legal, finance, and solutions architecture to streamline workflows and accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming in languages such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Salesforce applications and APIs (Apex, LWC, Flows) for contracting, approvals, and deal management.
• Develop and optimize approval-flow and workflow logic on the Salesforce platform with multi-stage routing and governance.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems at scale.
• Implement LLM-powered workflows and automation to reduce manual steps and provide insights.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers through documentation and pairing sessions.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive permanent fixes with cross-functional stakeholders.
