Job summary

This individual should have deep experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has experience leading technical design efforts, mentoring other developers, establishing development best practices, and driving high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. They should be comfortable troubleshooting complex application and integration issues, conducting code reviews, managing releases, and supporting large-scale Salesforce initiatives.

Level I

• Develops Salesforce solutions using TFCU-approved technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), ensuring code and configurations are maintainable and aligned with established standards.

• Resolves routine development, configuration, and support issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation, including system documentation, technical specifications, and code comments.

• Performs all functions of Level I, II, and III.
• Leads all phases of complex Salesforce development initiatives from planning and design through implementation and post-production support.
• Serves as the primary technical subject matter expert and escalation resource for enterprise Salesforce applications, integrations, and business-critical solutions.
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship across the development team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Partners with leadership to identify development opportunities, skill gaps, and training needs within the team.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives related to development practices, delivery processes, platform governance, and operational efficiency.
• Establishes and oversees technical documentation standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
