Transcend IT Solutions seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst with Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience to drive requirements for commercial, medical, and CRM projects in New Jersey. You’ll translate needs into BRD/FRD, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that regulators expect.

You’ll collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, product owners, and business teams; facilitate workshops and sprint planning; and support UAT, deployments, and ongoing CRM enhancements in Agile/Scrum

Competenze

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Mandatory Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical CRM processes, HCP data, and customer engagement.
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
