Job summary

Index Analytics LLC, a Baltimore-based health consulting firm, seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle. You will collaborate with business owners and technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of Salesforce customization, strong Lightning/Apex skills, and experience with Sales/Service Cloud, Security, and AppExchange integrations.

Qualifications

• US citizen or authorized to work in the US and able to obtain a government badge.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 4+ years Salesforce customization.
• 2+ years declarative Salesforce development (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder).
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud experience with solutions like Live Chat, Dashboards.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud design/development and AppExchange integrations.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/security (SAML, OAuth) and security tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and middleware.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Copado) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications across the full lifecycle.
• Learn and apply new Salesforce features; communicate with business owners and teams.
• Ensure solutions meet end-user requirements; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support proof-of-concept efforts and shape the technical vision with developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable timely project delivery and thorough documentation.
