Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Business Systems & Salesforce Administrator to join the IT Operations team in the Carrollton area. You will administer Salesforce, produce operational reports, and support data governance across enterprise systems.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical enhancements, maintain documentation, and ensure system stability while driving efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, systems management, or related technology operations.
• Experience with Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch processes, and integrations.
• Knowledge of administration, system sustainment, data governance, reporting, and support in scalable enterprise environments.
• Experience translating business needs into documented requirements and measurable reporting outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Power BI experience required.
• ERP platforms such as Certinia/FinancialForce and related enterprise integrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and reports.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Support leadership.
• Support release evaluations, sandbox refreshes, migrations, and system integrations.
• Gather requirements from users and leadership; document processes and align capabilities to business needs.
• Maintain support documentation and SOPs across Salesforce and other systems.
• Monitor data quality, perform cleanup, and support governance practices.
• Analyze support performance data and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate across units to support shared systems and data management.
