Penrod seeks an Associate Salesforce Data 360/ Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice. Early-career professionals or Salesforce Admins can evolve into Data 360 under mentor guidance, delivering hands-on configuration and billable client work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud concepts and Marketing Cloud features.
• Basic SQL/SOQL for data validation and testing.
• Understanding of relational data concepts and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud per designs.
• Build ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, data spaces, and activations.
• Configure journeys, automations, and data extensions per lead plans.
• Support data quality validation and QA/UAT testing.
• Document steps, notes, and known issues for reuse.
• Capture requirements and translate to user stories and specs.
