Job summary

Penrod is seeking an Associate Salesforce Data 360/ Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice. This entry-level role offers hands-on configuration under mentorship, building data streams, mapping, and journeys for client engagements within Health & Life Sciences.

You will grow platform skills, participate in discovery sessions, and develop toward Consultant/Lead ownership while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and structured mentorship at Penrod.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, CRM platforms, marketing tech, or related technologies.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or SOQL for querying, validating, and troubleshooting data.
• Understanding of relational data concepts and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks defined by a Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Lead following documented designs.
• Build and test ingestion pipeline components and identity resolution rules under guidance.
• Configure Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and data extensions per build plans.
• Support data quality validation and QA/UAT; log defects and track resolutions.
