Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery professional for a Contract to Hire role based in New York, NY. You will partner with solution architects to translate requirements into designs, lead data platform initiatives, and guide developers through delivery and implementation decisions.

You will ensure adherence to standards, support Agile processes, validate platform capabilities, and drive best practices across development, testing, deployment, and release management.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience leading technical teams on CRM or enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and software development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic objectives with hands-on technical execution.
• Must be a Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Bachelor's degree required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
