Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Manager to own and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, partnering with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and executives to align CRM with business goals.

You will manage configuration, data governance, reports, user adoption, and evaluate new features, while coordinating with consultants and vendors to drive CRM strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Salesforce Administration and CRM management.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and improving sales processes through technology.
• Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, and CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimization.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, including fields, workflows, validation rules, security, and user access.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data.
• Lead user training, onboarding, and adoption efforts across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Manage relationships with Salesforce consultants, vendors, and third-party technology partners.
• Support CRM-related projects, integrations, and system upgrades.
