Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within Client Solutions Group Technology. You will gather requirements, write user stories, support testing, and help improve investor and prospect data in Salesforce across fundraising, sales, and investor services teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and is based in New York City with 4 days in-office per week. Strong communication and Salesforce skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Graduate-level degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from fundraising, sales, and investor services users.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog in Jira.
• Support testing and release activities; create test scripts and coordinate UAT.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, activity, and data quality.
• Assist with data validation, hygiene, and integration efforts between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
