We’re seeking a Salesforce CPQ Architect to take the lead in architecting sophisticated CPQ solutions that meet our clients’ complex needs and drive their success.

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce CPQ Architect, you’ll design and lead the development of robust CPQ solutions that streamline complex sales processes, pricing models, and quoting mechanisms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our clients’ sales strategies by ensuring their Salesforce CPQ implementations are scalable, flexible, and aligned with long-term goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance to clients, defining CPQ strategies, identifying key business challenges, and offering innovative solutions.
• Customization & Optimization: Oversee advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
• Solution Leadership: Serve as the technical lead during CPQ implementations, ensuring smooth project delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams (developers, admins, solution architects), and external partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end solution.
• Quality Assurance: Review and validate CPQ configurations and customizations to ensure they meet high standards for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to both client teams and internal consultants, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and CPQ adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, including designing and implementing complex CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce CPQ architecture projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, including Sales Cloud and other key Salesforce technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, product catalog management, pricing strategies, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and middleware platforms.
• Leadership Skills:
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong client management and communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is required; Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is highly desirable.
