Nexify Infosystems is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Core Tech Lead to own the technical direction of the Salesforce Core platform, covering Service Cloud, OMS, Experience Cloud, and the shared data model. Location: Needham, MA — Day 1 onsite.

You will lead architecture, data security, and releases while mentoring two engineers. As a senior technical lead, you will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, review critical code, and establish standards and processes for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Architect capacity.
• Strong Service Cloud experience including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones, CTI, and Experience Cloud.
• Expert-level Apex, LWC, and Flow skills.
• Strong REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware integration experience.
• Experience with Git, SFDX/sf CLI, CI/CD, sandboxes or scratch orgs.
• Strong code review, technical leadership, and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Core architecture, including data model, security, automation, integrations, and governor limits.
• Lead end-to-end Service Cloud and OMS solutions.
• Review and approve Apex, LWC, Flow, and metadata changes.
• Establish development, testing, documentation, and coding standards.
• Own Salesforce release management, CI/CD, SFDX/sf CLI, Git, and deployment processes.
• Lead production incident RCA and drive resolution.
• Ensure SOX-compliant change management and audit processes.
• Mentor and lead two mid-level Salesforce engineers.
• Collaborate with Commerce Cloud, QA, DevOps, Product, CX, and Operations teams.
