A leading staffing firm is seeking a Salesforce.com specialist to join their Sales and Marketing Technology team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, managing data activities, and providing training. Candidates should possess strong public speaking skills and ideally have knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
The salesforce.com specialist will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our CRM platform.
This individual will be an integral member of the Sales and Marketing Technology team -- within Mutual Funds IT -- working with peers (internal and external) to develop and maintain a world class CRM platform.
The incumbent will work closely with the business to ensure our technology aligns with their requirements and will support the growth of the firm.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Acting as a salesforce.com administrator
Acting as a support point-of-contact for our users
Managing various data loading activities in and out of salesforce.com
Performing salesforce.com training (in-person, virtual)
Providing technical guidance and feasibility of CRM solutions
Working closely with our 3rd party production support provider for salesforce.com
Performing testing on salesforce.com releases
Acting as internal subject matter expert on salesforce.com
Working closely with both our salesforce.com technical lead and our website technical lead on miscellaneous projects
The ideal candidate should possess:
At least 2 years of expert experience administering salesforce.com
At least 2 years of experience with the salesforce.com Apex Data Loader or other data loading tools (Workbench, Excel Connector, etc.)
Knowledge of 3rd party salesforce.com data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.
Familiarity with Lightning helpful
Familiarity with Wave helpful
Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps (Conga, etc.)
Working knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator certification
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
Experience working with offshore vendors preferred
Superior testing and quality control skills
Strong training and development skills
Strong public speaking/interpersonal skills
Technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Ability and willingness to travel, as required
2+ to 5 years experience
