Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ to join an exciting start-up consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical know-how and client-facing experience, with a track record of leading Salesforce implementations, driving customization and configuration, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations for small and mid-market clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements, defining solutions, and guiding best practices.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce configurations, automations (Flows, Process Builder), and data models.
• Customize and optimize CPQ solutions, including product bundling, pricing rules, approval processes, and quote templates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
• Drive user adoption and contribute to client success metrics.

Requirements

• Demonstrable Salesforce experience, with proven focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong background in requirements gathering, client engagement, and project leadership
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce customization, including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, including advanced pricing and configuration strategies
• Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Admin) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones (Canada/U.S.)
